What to do if you have a complaint

We’re always looking to improve, and receiving feedback, whether it’s negative or positive, from people who have had an experience with 1MM is fundamental to this. 

If you have a complaint about 1MM, the way we operate, or a staff member or volunteer at 1MM, please refer to our Complaints Procedures below.

Mentor Complaints Procedure – Please refer to this page if you are a mentor and would like to make a complaint.

Mentee Complaints Procedure – Please refer to this page if you are a mentee and would like to make a complaint.

External Complaints Procedure – Please refer to this page if you work for a Youth Partner, Employee Organisation or have some other relationship with 1MM and would like to make a complaint.
